Educate against hate

Messages of hate can take many forms. Extremistgroups use them to recruit young people. Following the link below you will find information to help you understand the issues and protect your child.

Please view the Government's website for helpful advice and information.

Sexting, bullying, peer pressure, body image… the range of online hazards teachers and parents have to deal with is growing all the time.

In the digital age, mobile phones bring the outside world into school and take classroom relationships home, so that bullying that used to stay in the playground now happens in a child’s bedroom too. Yet parents are often left feeling clueless about what their children are up to online.

Until now that is!

Parent Info is a free service offering up-to-date, expert information for parents on a range of concerns for children and adolescents – from how much sleep teenagers need, to sex, relationships and radicalisation: any issue where the hazards are amplified by the internet.
Please see the panel below which shows the latest info and advice from the website. If you prefer you can read the latest articles directly here.
